A delicious snack and an excellent source of nutrients.
Peel and dice the mango and avocado and combine in a medium sized bowl.
Squeeze the lime juice over fruit.
Remove the seeds and ribs of the jalepeno, mince and add to the avocado mixture. (You may add less jalapeno if you want less spice)
Gently mix salsa together and season to taste with salt and pepper.
Serve spooned atop grilled fish or chicken.
