My absolute favorite way to eat brussels sprouts!
Melt the butter in a large (12-inch) saute pan.
Add the brussels sprouts, brown sugar, salt and pepper and toss to coat.
Flip the brussels sprouts cut side down and cook over high heat without stirring until they are browned, about 2 minutes.
Lower the heat to medium high and cook, stirring occasionally, until the brown sugar is melted and the brussels sprouts are crisp-tender, about 7 minutes.
Transfer to a serving dish and serve immediately. Enjoy!
