Roasted Asparagus

Delicious roasted with salt, pepper and olive oil.

Ingredients:

  • 10 stalks of fresh asparagus
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper

Directions:

Step 1:

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

Step 2:

Break off the tough ends of the asparagus.

Step 3:

Place the asparagus on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, then toss to coat the asparagus completely.

Step 4:

Spread the asparagus in a single layer and sprinkle liberally with salt and pepper.

Step 5:

Roast the asparagus for 20 minutes, until tender but still crisp.
